PARTY PROGRAMS. You may receive access to third-party programs through the Services or Software, or third-party programs may be bundled with the Services or Software. These third-party software programs are governed by their own license terms, which may include open source or free software licenses, and those terms will prevail over this Agreement as to Your use of the third-party programs. Nothing in this Agreement limits Your or Your Users’ rights under, or grants You or Your User rights that supersede, the terms of any such third- party program.
