PARTY LICENSED PROGRAM. Installed configurations of the Licensed Program may provide menu links to third party applications, libraries or code (collectively “Third Party Licensed Program”). Third Party Licensed Program does not comprise a licensed part of the Licensed Program. In some cases, access to Third Party Licensed Program may be included along with the Licensed Program delivery as a convenience, or in conjunction with a support agreement. Licensee acknowledges that use of any Third Party Licensed Program may be covered by the owners’ respective license agreements or restrictions.
