Parts Free and Clear of Liens. Lessee shall insure that any Part, title to which shall vest in Lessor pursuant to Section 11.6 (Title to Parts), shall be free and clear of all Liens except Permitted Encumbrances which will not survive the termination of this Lease (other than Permitted Encumbrances under clauses (b), (c) or (d) of the definition of Permitted Encumbrances).
