Common use of Partners Clause in Contracts

Partners. (i) The Contractor shall disclose all general and limited partnership interests, regardless of the percentage. (ii) The Contractor shall only disclose partnership interest in the Contractor. The Contractor need not report partnership interests in the Contractor’s indirect owner(s). If the partnership interest in the indirect owner(s) results in a greater than five percent Indirect Ownership Interest in the Contractor, this Indirect Ownership Interest must be disclosed in accordance with Article 6.5.1(A) of this attachment.
