Parties Represented by Counsel. The undersigned Parties hereby acknowledge that they have been represented in negotiations for and in the preparation of this Agreement by independent counsel of their own choosing, that they have read this Agreement and have had it fully explained to them by such counsel, and that they are fully aware of the contents of this Agreement and of its legal effect.
