Common use of Parties Marks Clause in Contracts

Parties Marks. Each Party (or its Affiliates) owns all right, title, and interest in and to, or has sufficient rights to use, any materials provided by or on its behalf in connection with this Addendum, including but not limited to its names, trademarks, service marks, or logos (“Marks”). Except for the licenses granted under this Addendum, neither Party will have any right, title, interest, or license to the other Party’s Marks. During the Term, each Party grants to the other a [***] exclusively in connection with the Services. The Parties will obtain one another’s prior approval in writing before distributing to the public any marketing or promotional materials that use the other Party’s Marks, except that Marqeta may use Client Affiliate’s Marks without prior consent as strictly necessary to provide the Services, and Marqeta may engage in the Marketing Activities as set forth in Amendment No. 10.
