This Agreement shall be binding upon: a) (Company Name) the”enterprise” in respect to employees in it’s Victorian building and construction commercial refrigeration installation and service operations engaged in the occupations of Refrigeration Mechanic and/or General Assistant/Labourer who are eligible to be members of the CEPU, and b) the Communications; Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia (CEPU) “the union” and it’s members employed as in 1 .3a) above, by the enterprise
