PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing - Harcourt Plumbing Services Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569) 81 923 462 985 )(employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 and employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

Industries (Melbourne) Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN – 29 061 754 738) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Vector Foiltec Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN – 40 107 173 400) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Southern Cross Plumbing & Contracting Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN – 89 607 161 580) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Rise Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 56937 ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Synergy Access Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 56970 236 472 565) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing R & D Plumbing Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 56925 650 510 446) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Top Up Labour Hire Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN – 82 637 959 098) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing MCP Industrial Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN – 80 663 694 782) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing ▇▇▇▇▇ Air Conditioning Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN:- 13 004 601 790) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Symal Contractors Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN:- 69 630 027 342) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Planet Plumbing (Vic) Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 56913 ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Codex Plumbing Commercial Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 56926 909 435 882) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing BL Airconditioning Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN – 96 642 237 036) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Ryder Plumbing Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 56968 665 028 339) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Summit Insulation Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 56951 600 581 342) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing CDB Mechanical Services Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 56984 676 720 399 ) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Codex Plumbing Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN:- 45 144 996 912) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Apex Plumbing Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN – 20 845 506 157) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing Premier Plumbing Service (Victoria) Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN – 97 071 355 952) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN:- 37 004 714 989) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Meridian Roofing Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN:- 85 068 458 113) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 JSP Roofing All Systems Ventilation Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 117 963 569ABN:- 90 088 309 237) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.
