Common use of Participating Percentages Clause in Contracts

Participating Percentages. With respect to each Member, the aggregate Capital Contributions of a Member divided by the aggregate Capital Contributions of all of the Members, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. If the Participating Percentages of the Members are changed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, such change shall be effective for all purposes on the date of the change. As of the date hereof, the Participating Percentages of each Member are as follows: HSRE 90 % Xxxxxx Xxxxx 00 %
