Common use of Partial Supply Clause in Contracts

Partial Supply. If the Supplier is unable to deliver or perform the Supply in accordance with the Purchase Order or the Agreement, Redflex may accept partial supply and these terms and conditions and the Agreement continue to apply to the Products or Services delivered or performed.
