Common use of Partial Shipments Clause in Contracts

Partial Shipments. Unless the P.O. specifically states otherwise, partial shipments will be accepted by GNB. However additional freight charges will not be allowed unless preapproved in writing by GNB. Early deliveries may be accepted, but the delivery date as it relates to payment terms will be defined as the date when both the full order has been received and the due date as referenced on the P.O. has passed.
