Partial Sabbatical Option Sample Clauses

The Partial Sabbatical Option clause allows an employee to take a reduced period of leave from work, rather than a full sabbatical, while maintaining partial employment status. Typically, this means the employee may work part-time or on a modified schedule, with corresponding adjustments to salary and benefits during the sabbatical period. This clause provides flexibility for employees who wish to pursue personal or professional development without fully stepping away from their role, and helps employers retain talent by accommodating individual needs.
