Partial Return of Data. Upon FNF request, LPS shall promptly provide to FNF a copy of any such FNF Data as FNF may specify, in any FNF-specified form or format readily deliverable at the time, and on any specified media in common use at the time, marked to indicate the time and date of its currency.
