Lender may release, regardless of consideration, any part of the Property without, as to the remainder, in any way impairing, affecting, subordinating or releasing the Lien evidenced by the Loan Documents or affecting the obligations of Borrower or any other party to pay the Indebtedness or perform and discharge the Obligations. For payment of the Indebtedness, Lender may resort to any of the collateral therefor in such order and manner as Lender may elect. The taking of additional collateral, or the amendment, extension, renewal, or rearrangement of the Indebtedness or Obligations, or any part thereof, shall not release or impair the Lien, or other rights granted by any of the Loan Documents, or affect the liability of Borrower, any endorser, constituent party, or Guarantor, or any other Person or entity obligated for payment or performance of any portion of the Indebtedness or Obligations, or improve the right of any junior lienholder.
