Partial Release; Etc. Beneficiary may release, regardless of consideration, any part of the Property without, as to the remainder, in any way impairing, affecting, subordinating or releasing the lien or security interests evidenced by this Deed of Trust, the Credit Agreement or the Other Documents or affecting the obligations of Grantor or any other party to pay the Liabilities or perform and discharge the Liabilities. For payment of the Liabilities, Beneficiary may resort to any of the collateral therefor in such order and manner as Beneficiary may elect. No collateral heretofore, herewith or hereafter taken by Beneficiary shall in any manner impair or affect the collateral given pursuant to this Deed of Trust, the Credit Agreement and the Other Documents, and all collateral shall be taken, considered and held as cumulative.
