Common use of Partial Redemptions Clause in Contracts

Partial Redemptions. If only a portion of a Note is subject to redemption pursuant to Section 6.01 and such Note is converted in part, then the converted portion of such Note will be deemed to be from the portion of such Note that was subject to redemption.

Partial Redemptions. If only a portion of a Note is subject to redemption pursuant to Section 6.01 14.01 and such Note is converted in part, then the converted portion of such Note will be deemed to be from the portion of such Note that was subject to redemption.

Partial Redemptions. If only a portion of a Note is subject to redemption pursuant to Section 6.01 and such Note is converted exchanged in part, then the converted exchanged portion of such Note will be deemed to be from the portion of such Note that was subject to redemption.
