Partial Milestone Payment. Where the Agency so chooses, at its sole discretion, the Agency may approve progress payments on partial completion of certain Milestones. In consideration of progress payments made for partially completed Milestones, the Agency requires documentation related to deliverables required per the Milestone. Total partial Milestone payment approval shall never exceed 75% of the individual Milestone. The remainder of the Milestone amount shall be paid under completion of the milestone.
