Common use of Partial Invalidity; Severability Clause in Contracts

Partial Invalidity; Severability. If any provision whatsoever of this Agreement shall become invalid or unenforceable, this shall have no impact on the validity or enforceability of other provisions of this Agreement. The Parties agree to replace any invalid or unenforceable provision with a new provision corresponding to the intention expressed by the original provision and this Agreement as a whole.
