Partial Interim Service. If the Contractor or Transmission Provider determines that the Transmission Provider will not have adequate transfer capability to satisfy the full amount of a Completed Application for Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service, the Transmission Provider nonetheless shall be obligated to offer and provide the portion of the requested Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service that can be accommodated without addition of any facilities. However, the Transmission Provider shall not be obligated to provide the incremental amount of requested Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service that requires the addition of facilities or upgrades to the Transmission System until such facilities or upgrades have been placed in service.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.

  • Payment of Services 1. For courses taught at a High School facility utilizing High School teachers who are qualified by the DCCCD College using Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) standards to teach college level courses, DCCCD shall pay as follows:

  • Employment Deemed Continuous ‌ The service of an employee who is absent from work in accordance with this article shall be considered continuous for the purpose of Articles 18 (Vacation Entitlement) and 25 (Health Care Plans). The Employer shall continue to make payments to Health and Welfare Plans, in the same manner as if the employee were not absent where the employee elects to pay his or her share of the cost of the plans.

  • Grade of Service An overall blocking standard of one percent (1%) during the average busy hour, as defined by each Party’s standards, for final trunk groups between a CLEC end office and a Sprint access Tandem carrying meet point traffic shall be maintained. All other Tandem trunk groups are to be engineered with a blocking standard of one percent (1%). Direct end office trunk groups are to be engineered with a blocking standard of one percent (1%).

  • Service Provider The Service Provider also represents at the date this Agreement is entered into and any Service is used or provided:

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18, 19, 20 and 21, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
