Common use of Partial Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Partial Deliveries. In the event of any partial deliveries by Unilever: (a) Unilever has the right to invoice for those deliveries where the Products are accepted by the Company; and (b) the other rights, obligations and remedies under this Agreement (including Unilever's right to charge interest on late invoice payments) also still apply to those partial deliveries.
