Partial Deliveries. Partial deliveries are not permitted unless authorized by the terms of the contract or approved by the Contracting Officer.
Partial Deliveries. The entire quantity of goods ordered in a purchase order shall be delivered in one shipment unless otherwise specified in such purchase order. A delivery of less than the entire quantity ordered in a purchase order may be rejected. If a partial delivery is accepted however, payment therefor shall not be due until the entire quantity is delivered.
Partial Deliveries. Except to the extent otherwise stated in the Agreement or otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, partial deliveries shall be permitted under the Agreement. The additional costs shall be borne by the Purchaser provided that the Contract Price is based on one-time delivery and the partial deliveries are under the Purchaser’s request.

Partial Deliveries. The deliverables may be split into partial deliveries that are introduced over time. An overall plan for this shall be set out in Appendix 4. The procedures in this Agreement's chapters 2.2-2.4 shall be repeated in connection with each partial delivery. If the partial deliveries shall be put into production on an ongoing basis as they are fully developed and tested, an approval period shall be conducted for each partial delivery, cf. chapter 2.5. Unless otherwise is stipulated in Appendix 4, an overall specification for all of the deliverables, which shows how the combination of the partial deliveries satisfies the overall scope of delivery pursuant to the Agreement, shall be prepared as part of the specification phase for the first partial delivery. During the acceptance test and the approval period for each new partial delivery, a regression test shall be conducted to check that partial deliveries that have previously been made available or put into use continue to function as they did when they were approved earlier and that they fulfil the Agreement's requirements concerning the interaction between the various partial deliveries, performance, stability and scalability. Detailed provisions concerning the type and scope of the acceptance test for each partial delivery and the overall acceptance test and approval period shall be stipulated in Appendix 5.
Partial Deliveries. The Vendor reserves the right to make partial deliveries of any Goods the subject of any contracts between the Vendor and the Purchaser and to invoice such deliveries separately. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Vendor and the Purchaser, where such invoices relate to complete and usable Goods, payment thereof will fall due in accordance with clause 11.1 (iv) of these terms.
Partial Deliveries. Should VENDOR be unable to deliver Products ------------------ within a delivery schedule established by a given Purchase Order, it shall deliver partial shipments only with CORVIS' consent.
Partial Deliveries. Supplier has the right to deliver the Goods in parts. Each partial delivery will be deemed an independent delivery with respect to the applicability of the provisions of these Standard Terms. Supplier has the right to invoice a partial delivery separately.
Partial Deliveries. NP shall use reasonable efforts to deliver the full number of OEM Products ordered by SunConnect on the Agreed Delivery Date(s). If NP is unable to deliver the full number of OEM Products ordered, NP shall notify SunConnect promptly, and SunConnect shall consent to such partial delivery provided that the Agreed Delivery Date is met for the deliverable portion. Partial deliveries shall be separately invoiced by NP and paid for by SunConnect without regard to subsequent deliveries. The undelivered portion of the order shall be subject to the terms of Section 11.2.
