Common use of Partial Credit Clause in Contracts

Partial Credit. For partial month credit, all employees except employees working on a platoon shift schedule shall accumulate sick leave credits on a pro-rated basis in accordance with the amount of time worked. For partial credit, employees working a platoon schedule shall receive credit in accordance with the following table (working days shall include vacation, sick leave, injury leave and other granted paid leave days).
