Common use of Part Identification Clause in Contracts

Part Identification. In order to allow warranty coverage for line replaceable components of the Product Antenna System, Seller agrees to establish a part identification and tracking system for such line replaceable units such that Buyer or a customer of Buyer may submit such line replaceable unit for warranty repair without the remainder of the Product Antenna System.
