Part I, Section A Sample Clauses

Part I, Section A. 1. of this contract shall be edleted and the following is substituted in lieu therefo: PART I. SCOPE OF SERVICES, CONTRACT PERFORMANCE, BUDGET, REPOR TS, PROGRAM- SPECIFIC AND AGENCY-SPECIFIC SECTIONS The Contractor shall provide the following specifiscervices for theDepartment of Housing s Individual and Family Support program(s) and shall comply with the terms and conidtions set forth in this Contract as required by the Department, including but not limited to the requirements and maesurements for scope of services, Contract performnace, quality assurance, reports, terms of payment and budget. No sections contained in this Part I shall be interpreted to negate, supersede or contradict any section of Part II. In the event ofany such inconsistency between Part I and Part IIt,he sections of Part II shall control.
