Parking Violations. ❖ Parking Violations are to be completed twice daily and issued for various infractions in the facility parking lots (infractions listed on violation form, see sample on “Attachment 2”). ❖ Violations completed in the morning should be submitted to the reception desk by 12 noon of same day.
