Parking System Sample Clauses

Parking System. Financing of the public parking system shall be through the use of the revenues generated by the system in accordance with the existing COTPA Parking System Revenue Bond Indenture(s), which are incorporated into this Agreement and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein; future parking revenue bonds, and other revenues derived from other public parking facilities under the control of the CITY; and the General Fund of the CITY as shall be determined feasible from time to time, as approved by the City Council of the CITY. Budget preparation and administration shall be accomplished by each entity and submitted for approval to the appropriate governing body.
