Parking Structure. (a) Design. Following the effective date of this Agreement and prior to the Project Commencement Closing, the Developer shall prepare detailed plans and specifications for the Parking Structure for review and approval of the City and the CDA. The program for the Parking Structure shall include a Bike Center consistent with criteria established in the Request for Proposals for Judge ▇▇▇▇▇ Square issued by the City (the “Bike Center”).
