Parking for Data Boxes. In addition to the Reserved Spaces, Tenant shall have a reserved parking space of approximately 9 ft. by 18 ft., as outlined on Exhibit "E-1" attached hereto, for use by Tenant in loading and unloading of data boxes and equipment. Such space shall not be utilized for such purpose for a continuous period of more than two hours at any given time.
