Common use of Parking Facility Clause in Contracts

Parking Facility. The Developer agrees that the Parking Facility is an Eligible Improvement that will be constructed on the City Parcel, and that the Parking Facility will be designed and built in accordance with the costs and design set forth in this Agreement and Exhibit‌

Parking Facility. The Developer agrees that the Parking Facility is an Eligible Public Improvement that will be constructed on the City Parcel, and that the Parking Facility will be designed and built in accordance with the costs costs, schedule and design set forth in this Agreement Exhibit B. The Parking Facility will be owned by the City and Exhibit‌will serve the general public, as well as users of the Project.
