Common use of Pari Passu Status Clause in Contracts

Pari Passu Status. The Obligations of the Borrowers under this Agreement rank, and will rank, at least pari passu in right of payment with all unsecured, unsubordinated Indebtedness of the Borrowers.

Pari Passu Status. The Obligations obligations of the Borrowers Borrower under this Agreement rank, and will rank, at least pari passu in right priority of payment and in all other respects with all unsecured, unsubordinated unsecured Indebtedness of the BorrowersBorrower.
