Parent’s Consent Clause Samples
The Parent’s Consent clause serves to require that a parent or legal guardian provides formal approval for a minor’s participation in an agreement or activity. Typically, this clause outlines the necessity for a parent to review and expressly agree to the terms on behalf of their child, often through a signature or written acknowledgment. Its core function is to ensure legal validity and enforceability of agreements involving minors, addressing the issue that minors generally lack the legal capacity to contract on their own.
