Common use of Parental Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Parental Responsibility. While the Center endeavors to provide reasonable care and supervi- sion for all children in care at all times, there may be occasions where a child acts out to a degree well beyond what is normal and acceptable behavior for a child that age. In the event such behavior continues that child may be dismissed from the Center in the Center’s sole discretion. In addition, should such behavior result in damage to a person or to property the parents or guardians of such child may be held liable.
