Common use of Parental Allowance Clause in Contracts

Parental Allowance. Parental allowance is payable under two options where the employee is receiving benefits under the Employment Insurance Act, either: • Option 1: standard parental benefits, 19.07 paragraphs (c) to (k); or • Option 2: extended parental benefits, 19.07 paragraphs (l) to (t).
