Common use of Parent Vote Clause in Contracts

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote, or cause to be voted, any Company Common Shares and 6 3/4% Preferred Shares beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, in favor of the adoption of this Agreement at the Company Shareholders Meeting or any other meeting of shareholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval and at all adjournments or postponements thereof.

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote, or cause to be voted, any Company Common Shares and 6 3/4% Preferred Shares Stock beneficially owned by it or any of its the Parent Subsidiaries or with respect to which it or any of its the Parent Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, in favor of the adoption of this Agreement at the Company Shareholders Stockholders Meeting or any other meeting of shareholders stockholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval and at all adjournments or postponements thereof.

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote, vote or cause to be voted, voted any Company Common Shares and 6 3/4% Preferred Shares beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, voted in favor of the adoption of this Agreement at the Company Shareholders Meeting or any other meeting of shareholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval adoption, and at all postponements or adjournments or postponements thereof.

Parent Vote. Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote, vote or cause to be voted, voted any shares of Company Common Shares and 6 3/4% Preferred Shares Stock beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries Affiliates or with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries Affiliates has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, in favor of the adoption approval of this Agreement at the Company Shareholders Meeting or any other meeting of shareholders stockholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval and at all adjournments or postponements thereof.

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote, vote (or consent with respect to) or cause to be voted, voted (or a consent to be given with respect to) any shares of Company Common Shares and 6 3/4% Preferred Shares beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries or Stock with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be votedvoted (or to provide a consent), in favor of the adoption and approval of this Agreement at the Company Shareholders Meeting or any other meeting of shareholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval and at all adjournments or postponements thereofthereof (or, if applicable, by any action of shareholders of the Company by consent in lieu of a meeting).

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote, vote (or consent with respect to) or cause to be voted, voted (or a consent to be given with respect to) any Company Common Shares and 6 3/4% Preferred Shares beneficially owned by it or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect to which it or any of its Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy or otherwise) to cause to be voted, Parent in favor of the adoption of this Agreement at the Company Shareholders Meeting or any other meeting of shareholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval adoption and at all adjournments or postponements thereofthereof (or, if applicable, by any action of shareholders of the Company by consent in lieu of a meeting).

Parent Vote. (a) Parent shall vote, or shall cause to be voted, any all of the shares of Company Common Shares Stock and 6 3/4% Company Preferred Shares Stock owned beneficially owned or of record by it Parent or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect Affiliates, at any meeting of the holders of capital stock of the Company or, if applicable, pursuant to which it or any consent of its Subsidiaries has the power (by agreement, proxy stockholders of the Company in lieu of a meeting or otherwise) to cause to be voted, in favor of the adoption of this Agreement at and the Company Shareholders Meeting or any other meeting of shareholders of the Company at which this Agreement shall be submitted for approval and at all adjournments or postponements thereofMerger.

Parent Vote.
