Parcel Sales. The City acknowledges that the precise location and details of the public improvements, lot layout and design, and any other similar item regarding the development of a particular Parcel may not be known at the time of the creation of or sale of a Parcel. Master Developer may obtain approval of a Parcel in any manner allowed by law. If, pursuant to Utah Code ▇▇▇. § 10-9a-103(66)(c)(v) (2024), there are no individually developable lots in the Parcel, the creation of the Parcel would not be subject to subdivision requirement in the City’s Vested Laws including the requirement to complete or provide security for any Public Infrastructure at the time of the creation of the Parcel. The responsibility for completing and providing security for completion of any Public Infrastructure in the Parcel shall be that of the Master Developer or a Subdeveloper upon a subsequent Subdivision of the Parcel that creates individually developable lots.
