Common use of Parallel Operation Obligations Clause in Contracts

Parallel Operation Obligations. Once the Generating Facility has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer shall abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Generating Facility, including, but not limited to: (1) the rules and procedures concerning the parallel operation of generation set forth in the Rule; and

Once the Generating Facility has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer shall abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Generating FacilityFacility in the applicable control area, including, but not limited to: (1) the any rules and procedures concerning the parallel operation of generation set forth in Greenville Utilities Commission approved tariffs or in the RuleNCEMPA Policy Regarding Distributed Generation on Participant Systems and; and2) the Operating Requirements set forth in Appendix 5 of this Agreement.

Once the Small Generating Facility has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer shall abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Small Generating FacilityFacility in the applicable control area, including, but not limited to: (1) the rules and procedures concerning the parallel operation of generation set forth in the Rule; Tariff and / or by the Transmission Owner for the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and;

Once the Generating Facility generating facility has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer shall abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Generating Facilitygenerating facility in the applicable control area, including, but not limited to: (1) the rules and procedures concerning the parallel operation of generation set forth in the Rule; andtariff, the HEA Generation Interconnection Procedure or by the applicable system operator(s) for HEA’s transmission or distribution system and 2) the operating requirements set forth in Attachment 4 of this Agreement.

Once the Generating Facility has been authorized to commence parallel operation, the Interconnection Customer Member shall abide by all rules and procedures pertaining to the parallel operation of the Generating FacilityFacility in the applicable control area, including, but not limited to: (: 1) the any rules and procedures concerning the parallel operation of generation set forth in the Rule; applicable rate or by the applicable system operator(s) for the Cooperative’s system and: 2) the Operating Requirements (if any) set forth in Appendix 5 of this Agreement.
