Paragraph 15. At the end of paragraph insert the following: ", provided, however, that no assignment of Lender's rights in this Agreement shall be permitted unless Lender's assign expressly undertakes to be bound by the terms and obligations by the Security Deposit Rider to this Agreement between Lender and Borrower of even date."
