Common use of Paragraph 15 Clause in Contracts

Paragraph 15. 1 shall not apply to assign to Employer any of Employee's rights in any file, drawing, record, document, equipment, process, intellectual property, discovery, idea, concept, formula, design, improvement, specification, scientific information, invention, technique, patent, copyright, trademark, or other intangible right that Employee developed entirely on his own time, except for that which relates, at the time it is conceived or reduced to practice, to Employer's business or to actual or reasonable anticipated research or development of Employer.
