It was agreed that any employee who may have a present or future desire to bump, post or is recalled for a period greater than thirty (30) working days to a classification in which Lift Truck Certification is required, that employee will embark upon the necessary certification(s) at their expense and discretion to be eligible to bump, post or be recalled to such a classification. Should an employee then bump, post or be recalled into any such position, the affected employee will provide to the Company proof of certification and a receipt for usual and customary training costs from an approved provider.
