Pairing Construction Sample Clauses

The Pairing Construction clause defines the process and requirements for combining or associating two or more elements, components, or parties within a contractual or operational context. Typically, this clause outlines how pairings are to be selected, the criteria for compatibility, and any procedures for resolving disputes or mismatches.
