Page Limitations. Page limitations are identified for each volume/section of the proposal as shown below and will be treated as maximums. If exceeded, excess pages will not be read or considered in proposal evaluation. When both sides of a sheet display printed material, it shall be counted as two (2) pages. Graphs, charts, and tables are included in the page count.
