Page Limitations. The combined total page count of Volume I, Technical and Management Proposal, shall not exceed 50 pages, not including resumes. Resumes shall not exceed 4 pages per resume. • Each double‐sided page shall count as two pages. • The page limit shall include all figures, tables, appendice and all other ancillary materials. • The page limit excludes any resumes (max 4 pages per resume). • The page limit excludes letters of intent to participate from proposed subcontractors, consultants, or partners. • The page limit excludes any transmittal letters (max 2 pages for transmittal letter per Volume), cover pages and table of contents. • Volume II of the proposal has no page limitation.

Page Limitations. Each volume of the proposal shall be contained in a three-ring loose-leaf binder, and provided in the number of copies as shown above. The technical proposal shall not exceed 30 pages (excluding past performance, resumes, PMP, QCP, and price proposal). Sub-factor sections of the binder shall be tabbed for ease of identification. Offeror’s shall attach a binder cover sheet to the outer cover of each volume identifying volume number, name, and copy number (i.e., Volume I, Technical Proposal, Copy 2 of 8); Request for Proposal Number; Date of Submission; and Offeror’s Name. This information shall also be placed on the edge of the binder where it can be seen when placed in a vertical position in a storage cabinet. Use tab indexing to identify all sections within a particular proposal volume. Do not include writing on the tab index page other than that required to identify the particular section.
Page Limitations. All page limitations described in this individual NOFO must be followed. For this specific NOFO, the Research Strategy component of the Research Plan narrative is limited to 12 pages. Supporting materials for the Research Plan narrative included as appendices may not exceed 10 PDF files with a maximum of 100 pages for all appendices. Pages that exceed page limits described in this NOFO will be removed and not forwarded for peer review, potentially affecting an application's score.

Page Limitations. When page limitations are specified in the RTEP, the following format shall apply: The Summary and Technical Volumes will be submitted as an Acrobat PDF file or MS Word document. Price/Cost Volume shall be submitted in Microsoft Excel. Page size shall be no greater than 8 1/2" x 11". The top, bottom, left and right margins shall be a minimum of one inch each. Font size shall be no smaller than 12-point. Times New Roman fonts are required. Characters shall be set at no less than normal spacing and 100% scale. Tables and illustrations may use a reduced font size not less than 8-point and may be landscape. Line spacing shall be set at no less than single space. Each paragraph shall be separated by at least one blank line (minimum 6 point line). Page numbers, company logos, and headers and footers may be within the page margins ONLY, and are not bound by the 12-point font requirement. Footnotes to text shall not be used. If the offeror submits annexes, documentation, attachments or the like, not specifically required by this solicitation, such will count against the offeror’s page limitations unless otherwise indicated in the specific Volume instructions. Pages in violation of these instructions, either by exceeding the margin, font or spacing restrictions or by exceeding the total page limit for a particular volume, will not be evaluated. Pages not evaluated due to violation of the margin, font or spacing restrictions will not count against the page limitations. The page count will be determined by counting the pages in the order they come up in the print layout view. Cover Page and Table of Contents are not included in the page count however any additional matrices, appendices, or acronym lists, etc will count against page limitation.
