ENHANCED AND SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES BY COUNTY (Continued) 2 ongoing services that SHERIFF otherwise would provide to CITY pursuant to 3 this Agreement. Such supplemental services shall be provided only by 4 regularly appointed full-time peace officers, at rates of pay governed by a 5 Memorandum of Understanding between COUNTY and the bargaining unit 6 representing the peace officers providing the services. Such supplemental 7 services shall include only law enforcement duties and shall not include 8 services authorized to be provided by a private patrol operator, as defined in 9 Section 7582.1 of the Business and Professions Code. Law enforcement 10 support functions, including, but not limited to, clerical functions and forensic 11 science services, may be performed by non-peace officer personnel if the 12 services do not involve patrol or keeping the peace and are incidental to the 13 provision of law enforcement services. CITY shall reimburse COUNTY its 14 full, actual costs of providing such supplemental services at an amount 15 computed by SHERIFF, based on the current year's COUNTY law 16 enforcement cost study. The cost of these supplemental services shall be in 17 addition to the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth in Subsection G-2 of 18 this Agreement. Multiple Account Holders 37.1. Where the Client comprises two or more persons, the liabilities and obligations under the Agreement shall be joint and several. Any warning or other notice given to one of the persons which form the Client shall be deemed to have been given to all the persons who form the Client. Any Order given by one of the persons who form the Client shall be deemed to have been given by all the persons who form the Client.

When Must Distributions from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Begin? Distribution of a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account must be made (or otherwise will be deemed made) no later than 30 days from the earlier of the beneficiary’s death or attainment of age 30. A distribution from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account may be rolled over to another beneficiary’s Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account according to the requirements of Section (4). Note that the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 waives the distribution age limitation if the beneficiary of the Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account is a “Special Needs” student.

Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.
Monthly Invoices On or before the tenth (10th) day following the end of each calendar month, Seller shall deliver to PacifiCorp a proper invoice showing Seller's computation of Net Output delivered to the Point of Delivery during such month. When calculating the invoice, Seller shall provide computations showing the portion of Net Output that was delivered during On-Peak Hours and the portion of Net Output that was delivered during Off-Peak Hours. If such invoice is delivered by Seller to PacifiCorp, then PacifiCorp shall send to Seller, on or before the later of the twentieth (20th) day following receipt of such invoice or the thirtieth (30th) day following the end of each month, payment for Seller's deliveries of Net Output and associated Green Tags to PacifiCorp.
