Packet Switched Features, Functions, and Capabilities. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Verizon Tariff or SGAT, Intrado shall not be entitled to obtain access to the Packet Switched features, functions, or capabilities of any Hybrid Loop on an unbundled basis.
