Hybrid Loops. Sprint will provide CLEC access to Hybrid Loops for the provision of narrowband services as provided below. Sprint is not required to provide unbundled access to the packet switched features, functions, and capabilities of its Hybrid Loops.

Hybrid Loops. Verizon shall be required to provided nondiscriminatory access to hybrid loops on an unbundled basis, including narrowband and/or broadband transmission capabilities, pursuant to Applicable Law, including, but not limited to, Section 271 of the Act and state law.
