Packet Switched Features, Functions, and Capabilities. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement or any Verizon Tariff or SGAT, NetCarrier shall not be entitled to obtain access to the Packet Switched features, functions, or capabilities of any Hybrid Loop on an unbundled basis.
