Common use of Packaging Clause in Contracts

Packaging. 7.1 The Goods will be packed and marked in a proper manner and in accordance with the Authority's instructions and any statutory requirements and any requirements of the carriers. The Supplier will indemnify the Authority and the Crown against all actions, suits, claims, demands, losses, charges, costs and expenses which the Authority or the Crown may suffer or incur as a result of, or in connection with, any breach of this clause.
