Package Night Operations. Package night supervisors shall not do work normally performed by Union members except under the following conditions:
Package Night Operations. (1) Employees will be laid off on the basis of Company seniority within the employee’s area. If there is no work available in the employee’s area, the employee may request a transfer to another center where the package night employee with the least Company seniority in the Union’s jurisdiction is working. The least senior employee(s) will be afforded an opportunity to work eight (8) hours if in any location or area as defined in Section 2(c) of this Article, part-time employees are working in the package night operation.
(2) The above provision shall apply to Article 22.3 full-time inside package employees as well as any full-time combination which includes package night operations work.
