PacifiCorp Operations Prior to Transfer. Prior to and until transfer of title to the Keno Facility, PacifiCorp shall operate Keno in compliance with Contract #14-06-200-3579A, subject to any Applicable Law including the CWA and the provisions of Section 6.3 of this Settlement.
