Common use of Owns Collateral Clause in Contracts

Owns Collateral. The Debtor owns, possesses and has good title to all currently held Collateral, free from all security interests, mortgages, charges, encumbrances, liens and claims, except only those, if any, shown in Schedule 1;

Owns Collateral. The Debtor owns, owns and possesses all presently held Collateral and has good title to all currently held Collateralthereto, free from all security interests, mortgages, charges, encumbrances, liens and claimsclaims (collectively, except "Liens"), save only those, if any, shown in Schedule 1A;

Owns Collateral. The Debtor owns, owns and possesses all presently held Collateral and has good title to all currently held Collateralthereto, free from all security interests, mortgages, charges, encumbrances, liens and claims, except save only those, if any, shown in Schedule 1;
